What currency is your shop in?

All prices are in USD for most countries. Except for Australia, Canada, France,  Germany, India, Japan, and the UK where market rates have been set up so that those countries can see prices in their own currency.

Where do you ship from?

This shop is located in and ships from Canada. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes I do!

What are your processing times?

I do my best to ship in-stock products within 1-2 business days. Preorder products will have varying shipping times. Please check the preorder product's page for the estimated delivery times.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Tracking information will be updated when your package's label is created and emailed to you. Packages sent via Letter Mail do not have tracking.

I checked out with a preorder product and an in-stock product to my order. When will my order ship?

All preorder and in-stock products will automatically be combined and shipped at the same time as soon as the preorder products have arrived. Combined shipping is automatic if the order is from the same shipping address.

 
Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been packaged or shipped out yet, then I will gladly accept cancellations. Please reach out to me before that happens.

Do you accept refunds?

All sales are final. But I may accept refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to me if you have any concerns.

I believe that my package is lost.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, you may experience longer than expected shipping times. I kindly ask that you give the postal system at least one month from when it was shipped out to arrive. If it is still missing, please contact me and we will work it out!
